possible with your purchase, that is why we have implemented a customer
friendly return policy that takes the worry out of your purchase.
Board Games:
For any board game returned to the store within 21 days of
shipping, unopened, you will receive a full return of your purchase
price minus shipping. To be considered unopened, the packages wrapping must be
in tact. Minor tearing is okay but each package will be evaluated on return.
For any board game returned to the store within 21 days of
shipping, opened, you will receive 50% of the sales items cost &
minus shipping cost. If sales tax was applied, you will receive that refund as
well.
The formula for opened sales is as follows:
Game Cost * .50 = Amount to be returned.
If you had purchased a game for $35.00, which included $7.00
for shipping and $2.25 in tax for a total sales amount of $44.25, the amount you
would be refunded would be $12.75.
Please note the game must be fully intact & undamaged on
return to the store. The amount this store takes, as a discount on returned
items is our cost to verify the product is whole and not damaged. After
inspection of the game and it meets the whole and undamaged qualifications, your
refund will be returned.
